I had the SAME PROBLEM girl!
Do you know how I got rid of it?
I talked to my dentist, and he said to start a new brushing/rinsing plan. Also on my retainer, he said food can get stuck and start to smell horrible, so wash it VERY WELL every day, in the morning and at night.
In the summer, just keep brushing and cleaning.
If it’s getting wayyyy smelly, ask your dentist; it may be an infection– worse case scenario dont worry!– or it could just be your retainer, or the way you brush, or the toothpaste u use.
HOPE YOU FIGURE IT OUT!!!!!!!!

The strongest, most intense ‘mouthwash’ you can use is peppermint schnapps, rinse with a small mouth full and spit it out. Works and kills germs.

Virgin Coconut Oil.

Uh… everyone has bad breath in the morning…..
drink lots of water through the day, brush your teeth and use listerine before you go to bed. Brush your retainer and dip it in listerine as well. And … repeat when you get up in the AM?
kinda like… what you should do anyway?
