I don’t understand it. I brush with a Oral B Vitality battery powered brush until it tells me to stop. I tongue scrape the hell out of my tongue and I listerine. I also occasionally floss every so often.. I’m not so big on it.. but anyway, how the hell does my breath go to crap in about 20-30 minutes? That’s what people say anyway… I don’t understand this.. What can I do to make my breath normal?
I listerine for more then 30 seconds sometimes!

Chew gum. Not kidding, it’s the best way.

I would make the flossing a daily habit. Other than that, it sounds like you’re doing everything right. I think it’s time to ask your dentist about it.

Well, you could always resort to chewing enormous mounds of gum. Or suck a looooot of mints. Ask your dentist, it could be an actually serious problem.

know that chewing gums and mints can add up to the bad breath problem since they have sugar. try using an all natural oral care for it does contain sugar for bad bacteria to feed on and speed up production. keep your mouth salivated and hydrated by drinking adequate amount of water. for more tips to get rid of bad breath visit

Bad breath is caused often because you haven’t brushed and flossed well .If you don’t keep teeth and gums free of the bacterial buildup, they’ll start to cause odor as the bacteria rot leftover food particles in your mouth. More useful remedies at
