Mouth Wash. If that doesnt work then you might want to see your dentist so they can prescribe something stronger

Brush your teeth, gums, and tongue thoroughly at least twice a day.
Use mouth wash afterward, and floss at least every night.
In between brushing use sugarless gum!

Many things lead to bad breath (halitosis)
1. Get teeth cleaned at the dentist you may have periodontal disease
2. Floss- what is stuck in between your teeth is rotting food
3. Listerine– Antiseptic qualities kill germs
4. Brush your tongue every day. Should look pink–not white or brown
5. May have sinus drainage (little kids get this all the time and it smells bad) see allergist or ear nose and throat doctor

You should try brushing your teeth at least twice a day and try cleaning your tongue with a tongue cleaner, they may be a little hard to find but will definitely help. Try Brushing after a meal especially one including chocolate and onions. Mouthwash may help but try those first. Well good luck on your mouth cleaning

You may have used 5 points but you did not waste it. The major cause of bad breath is the top of the tongue, which most people do not clean. Good oral hygiene is: brush and floss the teeth and then clean the top of the tongue. Mints, gum, mouthwash just cover up bad breath for a short time. To really cure bad breath you must get rid of the cause of bad breath. So use good oral hygiene. To learn more about the cause and cure of bad breath see:
