The best way to get rid of bad breath is to drink more water because it removes the bacteria causing the odor. Another method is to eat yogurt. Lastly, if you chose to chew gum make sure it is cinnamon because that is the only flavor that actually reduces bad breath instead of just covering it up.

Use Crest with Scope. Make sure you brush your tongue. In the morning brush your teeth twice. Use mouthwash. Keep some mints handy and chew gum. Don’t go too long without eating. When you do eat, don’t eat anything with garlic or onions. Go to the dentist once a year for a checkup. If non of this works, see a doctor just to make sure there’s not a health problem.

There’s a brand of toothpaste and mouthwash called CloSysII carried at Walgreens. It works great on the breath issue

Brush and floss your teeth twice a day. Brush or scrape your tongue. Use a good mouthwash such as Listerine or Breath RX after each brushing and rinse your mouth out during the day when you can. If you still have problems after doing all of this daily for several weeks, then you have a problem that a dentist needs to deal with.

I think Josie826’s answer is very good. That tongue scraper is amazing. Also make sure that you are brushing for at least 2 minutes…and 3 is preferred.
I would also try taking liquid Chlorophyll (you can get it in capsules in the nutrition section of a grocery store). It’s called an internal deodorant. Very good after a very garlicky meal.
