get rid of bad breath
my_help_line asked:

I brush my teeth every day, 2 times a day with first Crest mouthwash and then Aquafresh Extra Fresh toothpaste but even 5 minutes later my breath stinks AGAIN! I don’t want to constantly brush every 5 minutes. Does anyone have any CHEAP solutions? I’m willing to pay 10-15 dollars. I just am quite poor at the moment.

go to your dentist and consult them.

Floss after every meal. I couldn’t believe how good my breath was after doing this for a few days. I guess little pieces of food get stuck in between teeth and kind of go bad.
Also, you can get tongue scrapers. I heard they work quite well too.

Floss everyday and use mouthwash. Also use breath mints.

I used to have a serious problem with bad breath. People would always say use mints or tooth paste or floss, but I tried all tirelessly, but to no avail. I did a bit more research and learned that the problem is deeper within the body, past the mouth. I mean, my breath was such that even right after brushing, it was still bad. Turns out, it has to do with your liver. If your liver is congested, it effects lots of functions in your body, breath being one of them. Try going to a health food store and getting milk thistle and taking two pills, three times daily. It also helps with acne.
